We love to emphasize the eyes. It is popular to attach artificial eyelashes, which we can do, both at a beautician and at home. Most often, we expect a natural, proportionate result.

The decision to choose artificial eyelashes that will meet our needs depends primarily on whether they are to serve us for one outing or whether we expect a longer result. If, after gluing, we plan to apply mascara to all lashes, choose water-based instead of waterproof, unlike which it will not shorten the life of the glue.

Types of glued eyelashes

  • Silk eyelashes allow you to achieve a natural-looking curl. They are also recommended for the sake of their lightness, they allow you to wear contact lenses, paint yourself or swim. Every morning, let’s comb them with a small comb, because during sleep they can become slightly deformed.
  • Synthetic eyelashes, although they are the most regular, their elasticity is low, which makes them vulnerable to damage when combing. The undoubted advantage is that eyelashes of this type do not cause allergies.
  • Eyelashes obtained from Siberian mink fur have the same thickness, do not cause excessive load, look the most natural among all three types, however, they can cause allergies.

1:1 or maybe 1:3?

The 1:1 technique consists in sticking one artificial strand to a single natural eyelash. Whereas 2:1 on attaching two eyelashes to one human eyelash, the proportions of glued eyelashes increase adequately in the 3:1 technique.

Some beauty salons refuse, however, both of the last methods, justifying that they are too burdensome for real eyelashes, so they can promote their early loss. When choosing false eyelashes, you should also take care of the optimal thickness or degree of curling.

Stencils to use or individual tufts?

If we want to emphasize our eyelashes for 1-2 days, ready-made templates will work. They will last throughout the New Year’s Eve night or wedding, we can choose the form of feathers, cut-outs and a color version.

We can buy in stores silk eyelasheswhich in several pieces form tufts. Compared to them, the 1:1 technique, although more labor-intensive, will allow you to get a more natural effect. Tufts are often difficult, because they can be arranged in a way that we don’t want.

Using the cat’s eye technique we lengthen eyelashes only in the outer corner. The method is not recommended for owners of extremely short eyelashes, for whom the effect may seem too artificial. In the case when we are dealing with short eyelashes, it is advisable to evenly lengthen the full range of eyelashes.

fitsarana fanitarana volomaso Blink&Go lasts up to 60 minutes, we will spend between PLN 100 and PLN 200 on it. A single polyester-silk eyelash is attached to selected natural eyelashes. Such enriched eyelashes will last up to 2 weeks. Unlike the 1:1 technique, slow-drying glue is used.
