They affect both viral and bacterial infections, their effectiveness is quite high, the price may also be tempting – the expense is symbolic.

Throat rinses

  • Use homemade gargles several times a day, make sure that they reach a temperature similar to our body before use.
  • Propolis, thanks to its properties that fight bacteria, viruses and fungi, should bring quick relief. However, it should be borne in mind that some people are allergic to it, and if we are not sure whether it will not cause an allergic reaction in us, let’s try a different recipe. Dilute 1 to 15 drops of propolis in a glass of water. Gargle with the resulting solution.
  • After measuring the third part of a glass of water, add 5 drops of potassium iodide – so-called. Lugol’s solution and 2 teaspoons hydrogen peroxide.
  • Apple cider vinegar effective fights germs. We can use it in a glass rinse infusion of sage, 15 drops of propolis and a teaspoon of salt or vinegar.
  • Sage fights fungi and bacteria, used at the beginning of infection is very effective.
  • In a glass of warm, boiled water, you can spread a teaspoon of salt. The gargle will disinfect the throat and will help you get rid of germs from your mouth. Pharmacies offer products based on sodium chloride, bicarbonate or sodium tetraborate.
  • W hosasany elderberry flowers and chamomile will also work. Half a cup of boiled, but not boiling water, pour 2 teaspoons of these flowers. Let them brew for a quarter of an hour under cover. Strain before use.
