There are several options for implementing the idea:

1. Combining the kitchen with the next room. This is the easiest option. The only obstacle is the gas stove, which should be indoors. The problem is solved by installing sliding doors.
2. Transfer to the room. This can be done by residents of the first floor or those who have shops, offices and other non-residential premises under the floor. The difficulty lies in the gas supply. If the relevant services give the go-ahead, the entire system in the house will need to be redesigned.
3. Use of the bathroom. Option for residents of the last floor. How convenient it is is a big question.
4. Use of the corridor. Most hallways in typical apartments do not have windows, and according to the rules, the presence of natural light is mandatory. Transparent partitions can solve the problem. In this case, there will be a non-residential area of ​​neighbors under the kitchen, so there should be no problems with coordination.
