What made you come to the gym for the first time?

But in order to achieve a beautiful shape, you need to combine cardio and strength training. Therefore, in addition to strength training, cardio is in my program on a daily basis.

At the moment I am on a diet (drying), as I am preparing for the competition. In general, I prefer to stick to proper nutrition. I try to eat healthy food, but sometimes there are “sins” behind me.

What made you come to the gym for the first time?

Once I finally decided to change my life and started with my appearance, as it never suited me. I was overweight – I started to fight with him. At first it was just running and proper nutrition. A little later I discovered the “iron” sport. It was the best thing I’ve ever done! Sport has become a big part of my life!

At first I did it myself, without the help of a coach. There were a lot of lower body exercises: glutes and legs, as well as abs. Quite typical of a rookie girl. Then I met my mentor and coach Oleg Tumanov and the real “construction” of the body began! For three years I have been working all the muscle groups in my body, especially paying attention to the lagging ones. During this time, we have achieved excellent results, although the ideal shape is yet to come!

Throughout the year, I have a healthy diet. In the off-season I allow myself sweet, fruit, fatty meat. But I try not to overuse the quantity. In general, I am quite comfortable eating simple and healthy food!
