The Reconquest of the Hospitality

The 12th Congress indostrian'ny fikarakarana de AECOC, arrives in Madrid the next days 1 and 2 of October.

The hospitality industry and its main actors have their appointment in this event promoted and sponsored by AECOC (Association of manufacturers and distributors) and by the FEHR (Spanish Hospitality Federation) will present us with a list of speakers, entrepreneurs or directors of hospitality companies, who will try to give a current perspective to the sector and will promote the debate of various issues on which the sector will walk in the coming years.

After these last years of economic slowdown and deep instability, the hospitality sector within what the association calls INDUSTRY CATERING, has undergone changes.

Some fruits of the situation but in many cases also originated by new consumers and of course by the advancement of society that demands new challenges and experiences to satisfy their food and leisure needs.

In this framework, work has been done since AECOC to be able to work in a normative space differentiated from the current one and lacking a written methodology. It begins to outline that route that will be the one followed by companies in the sector that seek growth and above all “success”

The time has come for THE RECONQUEST FROM OUTSIDE THE HOME.

Throughout the two days that the event lasts, various topics related to the hospitality activity and the answers that professionals give about how to tackle these new challenges, about the questions that the organization presents us in its program, will be put on the table. :

  • What is the consumer like today and what will he demand from the hospitality sector?
  • How will the new tax reform affect the sector and what new risks exist?
  • Are there new ways of financing? What is and will be the impact of collaborative consumption in this sector?
  • What vision do entrepreneurs and managers of companies that have grown and / or born in the midst of a crisis have about the future of the consumer or of this sector?
  • How is the channel supply model changing and what remains to be done?
  • What are the forecasts for this sector and the main challenges?
