Eggs are another dish that should permanently appear in your kitchen if you want to return to your old bed habits or keep them for longer. The best form used by our grandfathers and grandmothers were raw eggs, but nowadays it turns out to be too much of a sacrifice, so it is optimal to eat slightly cut eggs for breakfast.
